Here, our farmers unite to exchange experiences, gain vital training, and offer valuable feedback. We believe in the strength of unity and representation, which is why we've founded cooperatives to ensure that every voice, including that of our female workforce, is heard and valued. Our cooperative business school equips them with essential knowledge in areas like business practices, contracts, reliability, digitalization, and improved product collection and storage.

Our cooperative business school equips cooperative members with essential knowledge in areas like business practices, contracts, reliability, digitalization, and improved product collection and storage.

Graduate Program

Shaping future leaders in the cashew industry

Our Graduate Program provides young graduates with hands-on training in the cashew industry. Over 9 months, participants rotate through key departments, gaining expertise in processing, traceability, quality, and sales. Under mentorship from team members pursuing Stanford SEED 2024 training, graduates will discover the power of an African SME when allied with the latest management techniques and digitalisation, and outstanding participants may secure full-time positions at Cashew Coast.
